About Our Mission
It's often said that small businesses are the backbone of our communities. Well after living in over 15 various localities throughout my lifetime, I can attest that this claim absolutely rings true.
I’ve seen communities of all shapes and sizes, cultures and cuisines flourishing in their own uniqueness, influenced by their ecosystem of local commerce. There is a direct correlation between the success of small businesses and the prosperity of the surrounding community - a dependency which has motivated me to take action by forming my company, The Growth Compass.
