Master Machinist and Artisan, Craig Jackson, founded his CNC shop to fill a void in the market - to be the reliable precision machining company he could never find. After several years of building his business and turning a profit, Craig and his investment team brought us in to design an operational foundation upon which his company could scale.
During our work together, Craig realized that his role as a founder needed to evolve in order to accompany the next phase of his company’s growth. We had the honor of partnering with Craig along his founder journey to form the organization’s first leadership team, hire a second-in-command General Manager, and transition Craig’s focus to a higher level of strategy so that he can transform his shop into the business that he’s always dreamed it could be.
